This country is the hardest one when it comes to dealing with even the simplest formalities. No one understands the basic needs of citizens here. We just dont want to spend long hours in queues in all those offices and departments. Why cannot they make it possible for the people to save time somehow? They could introduce online facilities in many companies. Thanks to that people wouldnt have to leave their houses for stupid, small issues. Writing an email would be enough. No longer than a month ago I wanted to cancel a cash for gold trade that was conducted in one of the local banks. They could not understand that I was the one who sell gold to the bank, not the other way round. The lady behind the desk forced me to fill numbers of documents and application forms before actual listening to me. I know for sure that I will never sell gold in this country. I will go abroad to get cash for gold when I have some jewelry item to get rid of. If they cannot do something as simple as cancelling a cash for gold trade, I will not lose my nerves dealing with all the obstacles. Living close to the border has its advantages after all. An hour or two and everything is carried through without any unnecessary problems and barriers!
