I don^t know if you agree with me but I believe that nowadays you have to offer something more to your workers if you want them to stay in your company. Do you know what I mean? They have to feel that they are special and that you have something unusual for them. That is why companies come up with different ideas all the time and they want to provide for their workers. My company is no different as far as this is concerned. It has always been crucial for us to give good conditions of work for our people. Once in a year we buy them gifts that they can keep. This time we have decided to pay for the new Office chairs that they can use at work as well as take home. We have found this one company producing such chairs of high quality and we have paid a lot of money for those gifts. We were sure that our workers will appreciate this gesture as they always wait for such gifts. We don^t care that it is connected with losing a lot of money as for us the most important thing is to make them happy and to make sure that they will stay with us. I think that you should present the same attitude if you have a company. You don^t have to buy them Office chairs but any gift would be good.
